Do you only work with hotels? No. We can help with hotels, apartments, condos, villas, private homes, and accommodation for longer stays. Send us your dates, budget, number of guests, preferred area, type of accommodation, and anything that matters to you personally. Using your criteria and our knowledge of the Riviera Maya, we select options that make the most sense for your stay. You receive our local perspective on each one: why we chose it, what we like, what we would consider carefully, and what the surrounding area is really like.
Can you help with a long-term rental? Yes. The same service can be used whether you are coming for one week, several months, or looking for a longer-term home on the Riviera Maya. We can also help you understand the area before arrival and review a long-term lease agreement.
How many options will I receive? Online Selection normally includes 2–3 strong options that closely match your request. We prefer a short, thoughtful selection to a long list of random listings. Already found something online? Send us the link or property details, and we will let you know whether an in-person inspection can be arranged.
Can you guarantee that a property will still be available? No. Availability and pricing are controlled by hotels, owners, property managers, and booking platforms and may change.
