Be Infinite | Mindful Motherhood
Caring for a new life begins with caring for yourself
Motherhood begins before the first meeting with your baby. Pregnancy opens a new relationship with your body, your emotions, and the life growing within you.

At BeING, mindful motherhood means moving through this experience with attention, understanding, and support. Learning to recognize your needs, make informed choices, and care for yourself while preparing to welcome another person.
Begin by understanding yourself
From the earliest weeks of pregnancy, we can begin noticing how we feel: our energy, fatigue, irritation, uncertainty, and changing moods. Instead of judging these experiences, we can ask: What do I need right now? Rest, movement, nourishment, reassurance, or help?
Awareness creates room between a feeling and our response. We begin recognizing familiar patterns: pushing through exhaustion, trying to control every outcome, or feeling guilty when we pause.
New ways of responding develop through repeated practice. Pregnancy can be a time to begin building these habits gently, at your own pace.
Make room for being human
There is no perfect mother. There are people learning, making mistakes, adjusting, and discovering what works for their families.
Mindful motherhood makes room for realistic expectations, shared responsibilities, and the freedom to ask for support. Exhaustion deserves care; it should not become the measure of devotion.
Caring for yourself supports your ability to care for your baby. That does not mean you must feel calm or happy all the time. You can experience difficult emotions and still be a loving, attentive mother.

Listen to your body with knowledge and support
During pregnancy, your body is doing the complex work of supporting a developing life. Its needs may change from week to week, and sometimes from day to day.
In BeING’s philosophy, listening begins with giving these changes our attention. Recognizing hunger, thirst, discomfort, and the need for rest. Allowing ourselves to slow down rather than overriding every signal to meet outside expectations.
Body awareness and prenatal care belong together. Our sensations offer valuable information, while medical guidance helps us understand symptoms, nutritional needs, and the care appropriate to our pregnancy.
Prenatal yoga: practicing attention
Prenatal yoga brings together adapted movement, comfortable breathing, and moments of stillness. It offers a space to notice how the body feels and respond to its changing needs.
In BeING’s approach, this practice also invites flexibility in the way we think. We learn to adjust expectations, respect our limits, and meet unfamiliar experiences with greater openness.
A session can become a small rehearsal for everyday life: pause, notice, adapt, and ask for support. These habits can accompany us through pregnancy and into motherhood.
After birth, the same attention guides a gradual return to movement, with space for healing, rest, and the realities of caring for a newborn.
Why motherhood matters to BeING
Welcoming a child means welcoming a person with their own temperament, needs, and possibilities. Our role is to offer care, connection, and room for that person to grow.
The ways we relate to children help shape the relationships and communities of the next generation. This is a shared responsibility—supported by partners, families, healthcare professionals, and society.
That is why BeING gives particular attention to prenatal practice, postpartum recovery, and thoughtfully chosen essentials for pregnancy and early motherhood. Supporting a mother’s well-being is part of supporting the life around her.

A practice shaped around you
Private prenatal yoga with Mila Botiakova
Mila Botiakova, founder of BeING and a member of Yoga Alliance, completed additional prenatal yoga training in 2024 and has since worked with pregnant women.
BeING offers prenatal sessions exclusively one-on-one. Every woman brings a different health history, experience of movement, stage of pregnancy, and way of feeling. The practice should reflect those differences.
Before your first session, an initial consultation helps us understand your needs, relevant health information, and any recommendations or restrictions from your prenatal care provider. Each session is adapted to how you feel that day.
The emphasis is on personal attention: a pace that suits you, movements selected for your circumstances, and space to rest, ask questions, and adjust.
